Level MT-220 是后室MT层群的第221层，是一个被发现不久的层级，目前仍处于探索中。

描述：

Level MT-220 的一张墙壁图片，拍摄者未知。

由白色石灰墙随机的排列构成Level MT-220  的主体。其内部结构宛如迷宫般复杂，层级部分区域会出现构造庞大而复杂的结构，这点与Level 37 相似，但前者的建筑结构相较于后者更为极端，且完全不符合一般建筑下所使用建筑材料的承重极限。过于狭窄导致流浪者无法以常规手段穿越的区域经常出现。

整个层级包括墙体、地板、天花板上均有明显人工痕迹雕刻的，大量杂乱无章且密集的无规则排序的字符，无特殊情况下字符都为阿拉伯数字所写的220。当有流浪者长时间将注意力集中在220这一数字上，将会对流浪者的身体产生不良反应，其中可能包括头晕以及呕吐，杏仁水可以适当缓解这一症状，不推荐流浪者过久观察层级任意位置，以避免上述不良反应。

层级内墙体已被证实无法用已知任何手段打破，在墙面雕刻220字符这一行为对墙面造成的轻微损坏是被允许的，任何人或事物在墙面制造出的220数字依然具有产生不良反应的效果。

不同于220的文字已被发现并证实存在于层级内，从切入点向西移动一段距离¹，可以发现一面写有未知语言的墙面，未知字符会在该状态和变为220这一现象之间切换，两者切换的时间是完全随机的，值得注意的是，观察这些未知字符并不会产生观察220时的效应。

近期发现Level MT-220 内的字符数量在不断增加，不清楚是层级本身的变化，亦或是其他流浪者和实体的杰作。

没有任何自然光源存在于Level MT-220 ，昏暗的环境使层级本身变得更危险，也使实体袭击流浪者时容易得手。在此层级中任意地方都能造成巨大的回声，且大小似乎不受空间影响，因此一旦做出剧烈的动静所产生的回声会极其漫长刺耳，这种举动很容易吸引实体，但也可以通过这种回声来辨别实体的位置。浓重的霉味飘荡在层级中，无法确认气味来源，未发现任何菌落出现在该层。

任何尝试穿越Level MT-220 的流浪者推荐携带充足的光源，避免无法在层级中定位。

以下是在层级内捡到的录音设备所发现的音频，现场有许多枪击痕迹，音频内容据推测是某支失踪的四位流浪者组成的小队在该层级遇难的状况，现已转化为文字。
